80th Birthday Celebration!

I asked Mel to help me plan my mother's 80th birthday vacation to London, Scotland and Ireland. There were 7 of us traveling. She helped us find great prices for our airplane tickets. She found out that the trains were booking far in advance and seats were running out. She advised us to buy our tickets quickly and booked them for us. She helped us with a lot of the logistics of our trip since we were doing it on our own without a tour. She was very useful and I will surely ask for her help for our next big vacation.

Dream Honeymoon brought to you by Mel!

Everything was taken care of from beginning to end. She went above and beyond to make sure that our honeymoon was everything we wished it would be.

We gave her an extensive list of requirements, including LGBTQ friendly, and she showed us resorts that only fit our specific criteria, unlike some agents where you feel they are pushing certain resorts because of kickbacks they may be receiving; not Mel!

The little touches like champagne upon arrival, dinner on the beach, and the romantic turndown service were things she went out of her way to set up for us before our trip. Communication was 5 stars through the entirety of the booking process and stay. A quick email or text and we had all the info we would request.

I highly recommend Mel to anyone who is looking to book a vacation, she truly goes above and beyond for her clients!
