Travel Support Assistant
Position Summary
This position is responsible to provide administrative support to our Travel Specialists and welcoming clients to our office. Assist with invoicing, client documentation, processing payment, etc.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients, making them feel welcome. Communicate with team for client assistance.
- Process client payments to vendor, send or email communication to client of payment received.
- Assist with client documents, to include all the necessary documentation needed for their travel. This includes, reviewing for accuracy, inclusions, printing, and organizing.
- Assist with client invoicing, confirming all monies and payments are correct when reviewing the vendor confirmations.
- Handling all brochures, placing orders, receiving and filing.
- Assist with distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. Processing any necessary overnight mailing request from team.
- Other duties and projects based on office needs.
Skills & Abilities
- Some office administration experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effectively communicating with internal and external customers.
- Proficiency computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Self-motivated and works independently in a team environment.
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette.
